The Office of Equal Opportunity Services (EOS) provides educational support to the Rice community by facilitating training, workshops and vital conversations about fostering accessible, equitable and inclusive environments.

EOS provides training in the areas of discrimination, harassment, Sexual Misconduct/Title IX, workplace civility, diversity recruitment and other matters. To benefit the learners, EOS will collaborate with campus partners to create custom trainings to fit the specific needs of the requesting group.
